These Are Our Rules And Regulations
Booth Rates Below
· When space permits all booths are walk around stand-alone displays. In some cases ½ booths will have to be combined with another ½ booth for security. Approximate booth sizes are included with table counts on our rate chart to indicate the floor space that will correspond with your booth size. When space permits booths can be spread out somewhat.
· NO SHARING OF BOOTH SPACE. ONE BOOTH will be rented for ONE BUSINESS. Multiple Dealers who combine a single rental booth will be charged individually at the above rates. For Example three dealers who rent one six table booth will be charged $200 each for a total of $600 for the 6 table booth. Because most of our malls are charging us at a base rate + head count we must enforce this policy. Two people working together as one business are always acceptable. We will be as reasonable on this matter as the individual dealer is reasonable with us.
· All full booths & double booths can upgrade in size by an additional 2 tables for $15 each.
· Table count is important. Please request needed table count well in advance of show set up so that the proper number of tables can be preloaded.
· In most cases, porter help is available with advance notice. An advanced notice is most effective if given days in advance not minutes before the 9:00 load in. Contact show manager if you need help with your load in and load out. It is NOT guarantied that porter help will be available at all shows. In some cases a limited number of porters are available and dealers may have to wait their turn until a porter is available.
· All dealers must provide table covers for their tables. Chairs are not provided.
· This is the standard booth rate for our 4/5-day shows. Special shows and Paid shows that have different rates will be denoted on our schedule in BOLD and with an *PREM RATE. Base Rate for Parkway City, West town, Birmingham Galleria, & Brookwood is $425.
· Booth height can not exceed 6’ as per Mall regulations. Some Malls will not allow tall displays that block other vendor’s visibility, even if your display is under 6’. This is the malls prerogative. Contact the show manager if there is a dispute. However, The Malls decision is final. This also applies to the space between booths and the space from the booth to any store fronts. Any dealer who expands there booth beyond the original size as stated in the table rate guide or from the original set up night can be charged additional rental fees. This applies to table extenders, poster racks, tables from home, display cases, and any other space consuming item. As always reasonable space use with applied common sense will not be a problem.
